New Frontiers Cowboy Church is pleased to announce that as of summer, 2010, it has taken over ownership and governance of New Frontiers Christian Academy. (Formerly Lighthouse Christian Academy)
From the founding of the church, the heart of our church has always been to participate in Christian education. The church is excited to own, grow, and develop New Frontiers Christian Academy, and it is anticipating the wonderful work God has in store for our students and staff!
How Our School Began
Desiring Christian education for their children, and understanding that there are other families who desire a Christian education in a smaller environment for their children, New Frontiers Christian Academy was established in 2007 by families in the Van Zandt county area. The vision is to develop a close-knit student community, growing and learning in the security of familiar teachers who teach in a Christian environment. The administration, faculty, students and families would love to welcome you to New Frontiers Christian Academy.
New Frontiers is a school built by families, for families.

Small Class Sizes
NFCA welcomes students grades Kindergarten through 12. Currently, we operate with multi-grade classrooms. As we continue to grow, we will add grade-specific classrooms. Our intentional small class size, allows teachers to individualize our Christian-based curriculum for the specific learning style of each student. This focused attention enhances the educational and spiritual growth of each child.
Our kindergarten through 5th grade classes have a maximum of 12 students to one teacher.
At the middle and high school levels, no more than 14 students will be assigned to one teacher.
